A café and store guide to choosing the right coffee supplier

Two questions come before price: what are you selling, and how much do you get through in a week? Both answers decide the format and the frequency.

Last updated:

Start with two questions, not the price

First: are you selling coffee as a product on a shelf, brewing it for customers, or both? Second: roughly how much do you get through in a week?

Those two answers settle the format and the frequency before price is discussed at all, and they save any supplier half the questions. The wholesale & hospitality page summarises how we serve stores, cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and companies.

For stores: a shelf-ready product

A store needs a sealed package with a clear size and price. We offer Alkief packages, plain and with cardamom, in 125 g and 250 g.

Ask any supplier which sizes exist, how steady the supply is, and how quickly a shelf can be restocked — a product missing for a week loses its place.

For cafés and restaurants: the blend and the grind together

A café is not only buying a blend; it is buying a blend at a grind that fits its equipment. We supply Classic, Alkief, Dark and Espresso by weight, ground to suit how you brew — the detail is in the guide to choosing a grind.

The blend follows your menu: Espresso for concentrated drinks, Dark for a stronger cup, Classic or Alkief for Arabic and Turkish service. Full descriptions are on the products page.

For hotels, offices and companies

Here consumption is steadier, so what matters most is clarity on quantity, frequency and delivery location. An order can be set weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or as needed, with an expected recurring volume.

Five questions before you commit

These help with any supplier, not only with us:

  • Is supply in shelf-ready packages, by weight, or both?
  • Can the grind be specified, and does it stay consistent between orders?
  • How is the request reviewed and priced, and when does the quotation arrive?
  • Does the supplier suit recurring orders at the frequency you need?
  • How are delivery and the payment method agreed?

How a supply request works with us

Four steps: you send the request, we review the product, quantity, delivery location and frequency, we prepare a private quotation, then we contact you to arrange the details. Commercial prices are not retail prices, and they are given in a quotation after review.

There is no online payment on the website; the payment method is agreed when the order is confirmed. Delivery availability and cost are confirmed per area during the review. Submitting the form is not a confirmation and does not set a delivery time.

What gets a quotation back faster

The more complete the request, the fewer rounds of questions. On the supply enquiry, name the product, the format, the quantity, the delivery location, the frequency and the expected recurring volume. If it needs a conversation first, contact us directly.
