“Coffee, just the way you like it” is not only a line
Alkief is one blend, but the drinker chooses three things about it: the style (plain or with cardamom), the format (a package or by weight), and the grind on a loose order. That is what the line means in practice.
One blend, two styles
Plain for a pure coffee taste, or with cardamom for the aromatic Arabic character. Not two recipe lines but two expressions of the same blend — and the choice is settled at order time, because the cardamom sits inside the package. The practical comparison is in plain coffee versus cardamom.
The blend that comes in ready packages
Of our four blends, Alkief is the only one packed in sealed, ready packages — 125 g and 250 g, plain and with cardamom.
The packages can be ordered directly from us, or the blend can be ordered by weight, on the order form.
How it is prepared
We select roasted coffee from local suppliers we trust for consistent roasting, prepare the blend in fixed proportions so its character holds from batch to batch, then grind and pack it in Tripoli.
The sealed packages carry a consistent standard grind suited to daily brewing, packed so the flavour holds until the package is opened. Loose orders are ground to the level you choose and prepared fresh from the mill.
Which size suits you
125 g for a household that renews its coffee at an unhurried pace, 250 g for one that pours often. If you want a weight other than those, or you are preparing for an occasion, loose orders run from 100 g up to 10 kg per item.
Where it sits among the four blends
The range is four blends, each with a clear place: Classic, a balanced everyday blend; Alkief, Arabic in character, plain or with cardamom; Dark, stronger with a darker roast; and Espresso, for concentrated coffee. All four are available loose, and Alkief alone has ready packages.

For stores, cafés and hotels
Alkief is supplied to stores as shelf-ready packages, and by weight to cafés, restaurants, hotels and offices with a grind matched to how they brew. The details are on the wholesale & hospitality page.
